Can’t sign in, and no response after a week through both the support email address and social media. Edit: it’s now been a month. Seriously, how can apps be listed on the App Store without any support?? edit 2: After reaching out yet again via social media, I received a response and was assisted to reset my account. The app is fine, nothing special.
Won’t let me order, other reviewers also seem to have this issue. Store wouldn’t even take my order over the phone, they should allow other methods to order pick up, not just through a terrible app.
Won’t let me sign in, I reset my password, I don’t even get a email on how to reset it. Nothing happens. Another customer you have lost.
It doesn’t let you sign up or order online. Waste of time
