Support is so freaking bad. If you have a problem, need the support to help you that is not a good idea, cuz they won’t reply anything, only a robot answers you, and the answers aren’t what you need.

I logged in then my coin disappeared
High fees
Horrible exchange. Fees are ridiculous. Derivatives trading fees are 10x higher than normal. To withdrawal a $100 of any token is at least $35. 0/10 exchange
