Unpredictable and glitchy

Developers need to work on improving this app. It is slow to load, often loads once and when you click on something else, takes forever to load or doesn’t load at all… sometimes asks to login again although already logged in for that session. Just lots of little bugs that need looking at….

Confusion with notifications

It’s very difficult to navigate within the app and the notifications count is so misleading, not precise some cases and not pointing the correct notification item.

Good, but…

Normally I love Xuno because it just works. However a recent update means the app is frequently asking for login details - which means it isn’t just working. Tried to contact the app support through the AppStore links and they went nowhere. Not happy.

This app is so slow to use. Takes forever to load anything so I lose interest. Hard to navigate, as logical information is not grouped together. Never know if/when there is information in the app I actually need to look at as notifications are not sent. Only if the school send me an email to let me know there’s something I need to do in there do I go in and persevere trying to load pages to try and find it. 👎
