Y-Drive App

You mean I will wait for an hour to get a ride and if i tried to cancel because is taking long time, I will be charged for cancellation. This is frustrating and crazy. You guys should better do something about this.

I use to rely on this service to get to work but now I am looking to the buses. Never on time. Very disappointed.

I used to love using y-drive but don’t understand how I got charged 3 times, then reversed then charged, not to mention always charged more than that quote ride. I think I’ll go back to using taxis.

This app sucks now. Absolutely ruined it

Ever since the update I got kicked out of account, when attempting to log in says it needs to send a code and doesn’t ever send me a code. Has left me in a crappy situation where I have had to walk 45m as a ride fell through and couldn’t get this app to work for me and didn’t have time to look for other routes as had to be somewhere.

I can’t get past the registration page with my name and email because the app won’t slide up to allow me to press “next”

Charged money without me using it. Did not use it at all and they charged me.

The app is solid, the service has been great. My only wish is that prebooking a pick up was a little more straightforward - I find I accidentally restart the process when all I want to do is review the set up before requesting.
