this app was really easy to use I loved how efficient it was and the cruise was a great experience and this app made everything easier.

This app is useless. Does not even show the port on the daily voyage. You can not make reservations for restaurants. You can’t even see the menus for the in room dining or restaurants. Ritz has a long way to go the get current with their app.

Does not work. Provides no information and does not allow you to do anything. Completely pointless. Staff on boat equally useless

Absolute garbage. Unreliable - check with the staff. Sail times are wrong. Unbelievable!

This app is virtually worthless. The app does not allow the user to make restaurant reservations as stated in the description. The menus for the restaurants only showed on one day and were incorrect. The app automatically disconnects the user forcing you to log in repeatedly throughout the day. Lots of work needed to make this app as functional as one would hope. The good news is the cruise was great and the “ladies and gentlemen” of the crew serving the “ladies and gentlemen” passengers were well trained and represented the Ritz Carlton brand with distinction. Since the app is designed to only work while onbard the yacht, I suppose we will need to book another cruise to update this review!
