10/10 the best yacht week for me this far.

Can’t view the crews or log in with my normal email. I had to make a second profile.

“Join the event with the email you used to book your trip” —> “No user found with that email” Apparently I can’t use the app because I’m not the one who purchased our boat for 12 people… so out of our group only one can use the app???

I have to sing in on the website it won’t allow me to sign in with In the app

1) Year 2 of having trouble signing into your app. Last year I was able to reset my password, delete the app, then sign-in. Worked again just now. If I don’t reset my password first. Then delete app and redownload, it won’t let me sign-in even if I reset password. 2) Also, signing-in, the email field is case-sensitive. Never seen that before for emails because emails aren’t case sensitive. Might want to add a note that it’s case sensitive or fix it so that it’s not (probably best path). 3) Instagram account linking: doesn’t work for 3 years in a row for me. Easy to use app and great for connecting not only with the rest of the people on our yacht but also with the people who are on the rest of the yachts in the same fleet.

App will not work right. Will not load content

Won’t let you link instagram and other various issues

Problems with chat, problems with profile listings etc.
