Have used this app for years now - my favourite go-to app for weather here and overseas. Looks good, too, and has all the information I want.

Once gorgeous -- now junk ware with ads -- let me pay to remove the ads
I loved this App. Then Yahoo Destroyed the GORGEOUS UI. Then Yahoo added horrible ads that truly distort the experience. I feel sad. And I'd gladly pay to kill the noise. Anyway I'd gladly pay to stop ads. Even $10 because I love this App. Now I can't stand it. Pollution.

Widget background image cropped
The background image of the widget now has black bars on the side. Only noticed it after the latest update. Otherwise a solid weather app.

Yahoo weather app
Was great until recently. When i tap the icon now it wont load up then after about 30 seconds just goes back to home screen. On the occasions that it does load up, it then freezes. So i did a software update then uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still no joy. What is going on with it, would someone PLEASE explain how this can be fixed once and for all, because i really like this app! 🤗
