Wry bad
I waited 3 hours for my order. Never again
Crashing
The app was good and really efficient but recently it just beeps crashing and I can’t order anything from it!!!
Bad customer service
They don’t deal with complaints and the prices are not updated so you receive a different amount to pay. To clear up the situation takes a very long time and stupid arguments. By that time you don’t want to eat anymore anyway! Once I received only half of my order, wrote a review and they never posted it!!!
Very bad customer service
They are very good in saying “Sorry”!!!! No communication with restaurants, no prompt updates with status or the vendors.
