I order two hair curler, when I got it is for 220v not for US standard 110 v for electric appliances, When I call customer services to return items, they told me I have to pay my own package to return delivery fee ! And only can return 80% of original price ! Sincerely! Because it my mistake, am the reason want to return, not because it describe right information for the product! I will not recommend people buying form these App, go Amazon is way better.

Yami now uses OnTrac for shipping. Good luck receiving your order. After waiting for more than 2 weeks and contacting Yami 3 times, they started refund process. Worst shopping experience.

Yami is so worse! They sell my personal information which make me get insulted all the time, someone even doing sexual harassment through message because Yami illegally sell my personal info. And I try to buy something from it. But turns out they use the East Coast storehouse but without noticing me that I should switch the storehouse selection since I change the address which make me unable to get my stuff on time. If I am using HongMall, they will definitely not doing that and tell me the storehouse problem. And agent let me to contact the delivery for stopping delivery, and definitely it failed. And the delivery company end my chat as they wish and acting to arrogant. So does the Yami agent, never being responsible to their worst UI system ever !

I can't get a refund on the canceled transaction, and the customer service only knows how to fudge and never solve the problem！
