Yango Maps

I’ve tried driving in Dubai with Yango for the first time, I loved it! Keep going! But the reason it’s not a 5star review is because the Dubai roads are complicated on intersections and the app gives guidance on which route to take, but doesn’t show the road name. Sometimes there’s a big difference between the same road name having North and South and I’d want to see the name of it, it’s number, and a letter N or S, on top in the middle in bold letters. Or at least have a settings option to do so. Then you feel the app would be perfect.

Good app but the POIs compared to others is much lower. Searching for many things comes up empty. You need to add a way to search for POIs using other means

Is this only for Dubai? Because for me it's North America and when i got into the app to search a shop near me. Instead of giving me the ones that are actually near that I know of. It gave me the farthest shops ever. Honestly, i feel like it's a really good map app as i am sure about certain amazing features, however it needs to be able to recognize the nearest places near me in North America. It just needs to become familiar with North America.

Useful for new drivers in Dubai, only one issue is when you switch from Navigation to another app (sound cloud for example) the speed meter disappears for no reason, along with Speed Limit. Also, sometimes exits doesn’t show clearly ahead of time which leads to changing route (doesn’t happen too often). However, great features and easy to use, theme colours used is perfect for me. Kindly requesting to add Oman 🇴🇲 map next if possible. Continues development will make this app popular soon.

It’s a good app and useful but why don’t make it global not only in Dubai

Speed limits are not up to date hence not reliable; speed limit are not changing quickly when the road speed limit changes; some places, roads are still missing compared to google maps.
