I can’t create a promo code
Very bad
Free trial is not free (Misleading information)
To summarize this: I just downloaded the application and started to use the free trial (60-day trial). When I clicked on the start free trial button, the entire amount was debited directly from my credit card. You developers kept highlighting that the first "60 days are free"; where is the free in your app? Kindly stop this absurdity. I trusted a YouTuber who sponsored advertising for your platform, but now I learned that it is no longer trustworthy. I cancelled my trial before the trial ends, but believe or not I'm still getting charged; well done, sir, for lying about your trial service. I do not recommend anyone to subscribe. If you want to charge users to try your application, you should be honest about it and state so in the application description. Furthermore, "I don't need the money anymore; keep it with you" - I hope others can learn from my experience with you!!
Not a good experience
I had cancelled my trial period for Yango Play well in advance and I am still being charged. They do not have a number to call them on. Why do you call it a free trial period if the intention was to continue to charge them.

Well done and good job to the Yango play team for their efforts! The app is very easy to use with a different style of content! Keep it up!
