Money for a ride that never happened
We came to Oslo and saw this app as an advertisement from our hotel. We installed it and wanted to see how it works, so we selected a route just to see the price. As we were looking at the price I accidentally ordered the drive but realised it the same second and cancelled it. The driver was not even selected yet and needles to say no one had come already. I understand that if you cancel when the driver is there then you need to pay for a cancellation fee, but that definitely was not the case. Next thing I see is the app asking me to pay for the full amount of money for the drive that never happened! I contacted support (chat ONLY) and they said ‘ok you have no debt’. 2 hours pass by and I see movement to my account trying to deduct the amount. Thank god the account didn’t have enough money so it got rejected. Contacted support again last night and still have to resolution. I had to block any movement to my account. Would not order through Yango ever again.
