All the customer service says is to uninstall it and re download it but it still doesnt work

Where did the old app go? That one was a lot better?

app does not work. It stays as a white screen and won’t allow me to connect. dont buy.

I contacted customer care for help regarding my issues they called them defective and return to store i bought my 3 vapes from the app doesn’t work for me at all and the vapes don’t charge or work at opening the store gave me attitude when i called customer service slow to respond

Horrible app. Worked exactly once, and now won’t even load the page. Can’t change any settings, wallpaper or watts. Tried resetting the phone, reinstalling the app, going through safari. Nothing worked.

I don’t understand like the app is not even an app. It does have that screen about making QR codes and everything that it has that picture in the description right here, but what does that even mean? What does creating a QR code have anything to do with a vape? Why would I want to create a QR code to make my vape? Everyone saying you can change the name none of that ever was an option for me lol. I don’t even think I paired the vape with my phone, but I’m not sure as the vape doesn’t say what it would be listed as and nothing popped up anything regarding a vape or pairing, there’s not a pair button, no description … I’m not really sure? Because it’s not really saying anything? I wish I could upload photos to add to the review for y’all to see it’s not saying ANYTHING regarding a vape or flavor or battery or anything I would think I’d accidentally downloaded the wrong thing if I didn’t see all these other reviewers. I was very excited about this. The vape is so cute. I actually got two flavors and both flavors are really really good. I think the little astronaut with all the planets on the screen is so cute lol. I see some people on this review saying they are unnecessary but? What is necessary 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️lol so I like them. I just wanted to be able to control the wattage. And I don’t even think that is a possibility. I don’t see anything regarding vaping AT ALL on the app. I don’t see juice I don’t see battery usage I don’t see flavor I don’t see an option to name I don’t see wattage let alone wattage revision. There’s QR code creating, web, counting ? 😭, Bluetooth ( that nothing can be clicked on and connected to……..) . I don’t know lol. I really wish I could upload screenshots because I am not seeing what everyone else is seeing/saying. If those people even are real lol. More one star reviews thanfive stars so the five stars are probably actually their friends and family writing fake reviews. Lol.… Like the top bad review, said, -5 out of five. Vapes themselves are good. App (or whatever this is) absolutely terrible

I go to try to connect my Rama and I won’t even connect to the Bluetooth. It just keeps saying loading

The app doesn’t even work. I open and it’s just a white screen. There’s no option to even scan the QR code. Biggest waste of time.

Yeaaa it’s trash. Lucky me I got vape for discount. Also wouldn’t trust app being installed on phone. Seems like a good way to hack you being the whole app is pointless. It pulled up every device in my house that’s not even near which is sketchy
