Je voulais évaluer le restaurant j’ai pas pu 🤷‍♀️

Mauvais service.

45mins d’attente pour me dire que le produit n’est pas disponible alors que je croyais que le livreur allait déjà me ramener ma commande (comme il a été décrit sur l’app)

yassir pay ne fonctionne pas et le service client ne répond pas

je déconseille fortement d'utiliser cette application merdique, alors j'ai déposé de l'argent sur mon compte et acheté un forfait (le forfait expire dans 3 jours et ya pas de remboursement ) j'ai essayé de commander en utilisant yassir pay, ça ne marche pas, j'ai appelé le service client depuis 2 jours, pas de réponse, le seul moyen d'avoir une réponse c'est de spammer les commandes, beaucoup de bugs. En général, attention de utiliser yassir pay “ vous obtiendrez un numéro sur un écran que vous ne pourrez pas utiliser pour commander “

L’application Yassir express est très peu développé par rapport à l’application YASSIR car il y a trop de bugs et je ne peux pas changer mes informations personnelles aussi je ne peux pas supprimer mon compte et quelques fois je ne peux même pas valider mes commandes. Je voudrais bien que l’application soit optimisé afin d’ avoir une expérience agréable
