Plan your workouts for the week and stick to the plan.
— Exercises can be scheduled to repeat every day, on specific days of the week, or whenever there are other exercises
— Set your plan for the week at a glance on the week screen
— Never wonder, "What's my workout routine today?" anymore

Track your progress and adjust your plan
— Rate your exercises on a simple 3-level scale
— Plan your program with levels of exercise and progress steadily
— Check your workout history
