LIES and EXCUSES
Im a driver for Yello for 3 years. they used to be really good company, but since the last few months when they dropped pay rate lower for drivers they have become stingy. While coles/woolworths are struggling to have deliveries ready on time, we have to wait sometimes up to an hr, policy is waiting rate after 15mins, BUT Yello now LIES and tells the drivers you haven't followed the guidelines to receive waiting fee. YET all guidelines are met on drivers end, Yello lies and blames technicians saying you weren't there or your app wasn't open. I've had several late deliveries ending in me losing out on other jobs and Yello not paying me the waiting fee, especially when waiting almost an hour on some occasions. Feels like I am working like a slave for this company. NOT RECOMMEND
