As previously mentioned by others, successfully downloaded it, needs to send you an SMS to verify, although it defaults to a +44 number, it then gives you an error message as it won’t send internationally. What’s the point, same as other CA & US services can do it internationally

It gives you the option enter a UK phone number but then says the permission to send an SMS to that region has not been enabled. What’s the point of offering a selection of numbers from other countries if you can’t use them? The website they link you to for information about the “error” doesn’t exist either.

drivers don't show up and then cancel on you. totally unreliable

The app doesn’t work it just says loading driver forever it’s also sent driver to the wrong location before I know because drivers have told me they where confused on where I was even tho the adres was correct. Don’t use it if you need a cab you’ll wait for hours

I like the company and the drivers. Use them all the time. The app is glitchy and “lies” as to how much time till the pick up arrives.

I can’t even set this app up; I can enter my valid Canadian phone number and receive a verification code, but when I’m prompted to enter my e-mail to get receipts it always says error and please try again. And you cant skip that step. Completely useless, garbage app.

Always on time, I can a lot due to not having a vehicle.
