Better to call them on (01534) 20888888 as ‘ Web and email bookings are considered in the first instance to be non-time critical and will be replied to within hours rather than minutes. Please note emails are not monitored outside of normal working hours’
Difficult to use, not friendly just like some of their staff
Doesn’t even load my address, doesnt give you the option to do your address manually either. What’s the point!
Booked a taxi 24 hours in advance, got a confirmation text to advise driver on the way and arrived bang on time, only issue is that can only pay by cash as ability to register a card does not appear to be working, requested a cab for return journey within 30 mins, again arrived bang on time stated in confirmation text.
