I am unable to redeem load balance everything is getting a system error since many days

Trying from last 2 days to link my bank account, but getting a error message every time.

Bulk loading feature missing

If I want to load 100 tokens of any denomination, there is no provision to mention quantity of tokens required. I have to swipe the token 100 times.

Some functions not working

Unable to send money. The error shows “something went wrong Please try again” Help and support tab not working Unable to activate mobile number in wallet details The desired currency is not loaded It verifies the user in every tab.which is very annoying and frustrating

Great UI/UX

Great user experience. One issue still not resolved. Getting currency by debiting UPI does not work.

using digital e rupi since the day of launch. app is all optimised and easy to use and thanks yes bank and RBI for the same . only one issue is. verifying user shows on all tabs and same can be done once if the user is verified.
