Yes bank mobile application is not supporting for new iPhone X ,I checked with my friend mobile also (same device ), He also tried to install application from i store and can’t open the application , as it says network problems.When tried to open yes bank application it says, “App is unable to connect to our system “ “Unable to connect to Yes bank server ,please try after some time “. I can use other bank applications without any issues like SBI , Kasikorn bank , Krungsri bank ( both are Thailand banks ). I tried to uninstall and installed several times ,still issues not solved ,selected India as apple store and did the same ,still not solved, tried to install other Yes bank applications like Yes bank finance ,Yes bank secure, Yes bank MSME mobile, still not opening. Recently I changed my phone from Samsung note 4 to iPhone X ,and yes bank application was perfectly working on my Samsung mobile, but now I cannot use it on my new iPhone X .

Worst part is not even basic things like account view Credit card details not able to access. Learn something from start up companies like ONECARD JUPITER

I’m using rhis app for about two years. I recently installed Microsoft Defender app which works with VPN. Your software requires VPN to be removed but it provided skip button which allowed to use without removing VPN. All of sudden this button was missing from opening screen and I am unable to use it. I prefer to use this software instead of Iris as I am more comfortable with current software. Kindly add “skip” feature again

I am not able to use this app since upgraded my phone to iOS 17 .

Yes bank its a worst and very bad don’t take the card card unnecessary will charge the credit don’t used…

I am using this application from last two years. But from last 2 month when you launched ires application from that time both application are not working properly. Really bad experience from yes bank. Branch physical services are fantastic but application and online is very painful.

Force user to download another app by blocking login.

Third class app service.. always find issues

On entering my mpin it popups a dialog asking to download iris app. Is it this app will not work if its that so why it was never mentioned to users

Never ever go for yes bank credit card ,Very high service charges against every transaction even on emi’s too as compare to other banks.and the most worst part is card gets declined in some pos machine that time it makes ur image down.so avoid this yes bank.
