Riddled with bugs. After 12 hours of emailing Yesim back and forth (from hotel wifi) it finally worked, but it’s so slow that I’ve had to revert to hotel wifi as most websites time out. So now I’m in the middle of a city with civil unrest and no way to contact anyone when outside of my hotel. Will have to buy a new eSIM through a different provider and accept that I’ve been ripped off $86 US. Have given 2 stars as at least the representatives have responded to my emails, but I will never buy through Yesim again.
Great customer service
Over 2 months of Travel, has been reliable except for a couple of days we dropped out. This was explained has been due to local network outages or other issues. The customer service is very prompt, efficient and leads to good outcomes. As someone who usually uses local Sim cards, I found this service to be a very affective alternative. Recommended..
App is good and easy but Internet speed is slow as
App is good and easy but Internet service, at least in United States is rubbish. Full bars on 5G and spect no more than 30mbits, latency is pretty bad (350ms) so loading pages is very sluggish. Be aware.

Traveling over seas with a phone used to be stressful but with Yesim the rates are reasonable and the ability to automatically join the best network as you arrive in a county is fantastic. Thanks guys! 😀👍
Service doesn’t work.
This is the second time I’m having issues when I’m in a new country and I purchase a plan from Yesim and it doesn’t work: Plus no one to talk to in customer service. I’m not a happy customer.

I purchased a data plan and it was not activated. My service would not work until I purchased another data plan.
