Waste of time
The eSIM works ok nothing extraordinary but it is an all different story if you get in touch with the customer service, you explained what the issue and they reply like never read your message to understand what the issue is. My eSIM plan stopped working one hour before it supposed to and chatting with them was just a waste of time. My plan stopped working one hour before and after that my eSIM was locked but for the customer service everything was fine and why should they listen or trust they customer when computer says yes? I will never use them again, they just steal money and make you waste time with useless chat with careless sustainer service.

Wrong info about Network carrier
I was travelling to Colombia and on their webpage it says they support Claro network, but when I entered Colombia I got the TIGO network. After lot of emails to the support they claimed I needed to manual choose Claro. So this is clearly fraud
