Made a withdrawal on the 14th December and sent bank statements showing I have not received funds, I have not received funds and they can’t answer me when I will get my funds. stay away.

Scammers it’s been 3 days still no payout and now I can’t log into this app and no one has responded or tried to help please don’t use them they are scammers you will never get your money
Bad service
Honestly this is a great app but their services are bad, I deposited funds and they went missing. I kept quiet and then I deposited another funds and I won’t a reasonable amount, they wanted me to confirm my identity so I did. Now they tell me there is another account for that ID document fine but when I try to reach costumer services for help they make me talk to a bot, the bot is not evening responding. I am honestly frustrated

Do not BET on this app, it’s a SCAM, they unreachable and they don’t pay out the money you won, Support doesn’t respond for over 2 days now I haven’t heard anything I tried them in on everything to reach them but no response, PLEASE BE CAREFUL. Every time when I have to withdraw, they delete my bank info and ask me to upload a bank statement every time I wanna withdraw, FIX THIS!! Because your CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!
