Can’t download video.. Video Transcoding Alert.. Please fix it update firmware pleaseeeeee!!

For videos less than 1 minute, the recorded videos can be seen normally. But if it’s a full length video, the video just keeps on loading and don’t play at all. On iphone x

Trying to browse Video through “album” in this app.. but its always being error (the file cant be play or downloaded, sometimes the album is empty)

The app can’t be opened. Pls fix

real bad for app we cant download playback n when we download the apps wrote transcoding always , hmmm i prefer the old apps which is i can play at same time n download to my phone not to app but my local storage

Since the last firmware update the setting of g-sensor become over sensitive even at slightest road bump then the camera go into emergency record mode On the contrary the middle setting g-sensor, way over not sensitive even i knock on the camera it will not go into emergency record

The app consistently crashes. Videos are not properly dated nor is video properly recorded. I’ve tried to work with this app/dash cam for months and have made no progress. I do not recommend this brand to anyone.
