Using the app makes planning exercise so easy! The ability to view classes only for my favorite locations eases the search. Combined with using my digital membership card for gym access, I now have no good excuses to avoid a regular fitness practice.

This app is so simple and you can find out anything that’s available that will help you to be connected in some form you can work out at home as well log on and it’ll add to your account .

Just hold my wrist to the equipment and it automatically records my workout! Easy peasy!

We love using the Y app! It’s easy to lookup what classes are offered and times along with registration for activities!

I’m happy to have this app to follow progress as well as additional information. It’s nice to have additional workout ideas/routines. Having it tied to my phone is also great bc it tracks daily walking, equipment usage, etc. The Egym equipment has simplified and sped up the process of lifting (that I frankly would not have done). Having a previous back surgery, lifting was not a priority but I feel comfortable doing that & trying to branch out & finding information/workouts suggested on this app.
