App is useless. I couldn’t even log in. Neither my email nor my bar code work. I’ve been an active member a long time and being forced to this app is ridiculous. All I need is the open swim schedule.

This app is completely useless. My barcode doesn’t even show up, which was the biggest reason for downloading. I presume it could be useful if you’re looking for group exercise schedules, but even that’s only as effective as the people maintaining and updating them 🤷🏾‍♂️.

For every branch around me it gives me an error telling me to contact the branch. I could have done that without wasting time downloading the app.

I have been using this app routinely for the last months and never had any errors or bugs. The reservation system, schedules and reservations work well and that's the most important functionality for me.

I am not usually one to put the effort into leaving bad reviews, but this app is so atrocious I’m embarrassed for the developers that put it out there and think that it’s acceptable. Errors out frequently., ……there is some kind of problem with matching up my membership number but as far as I can tell, the app doesn’t allow me to update it so I had to start using a card to check in…… I can’t log into the app supposedly because my username and password are wrong, but then, if I click the reset password, it takes me to a screen that allows me to login without resetting anything… But it doesn’t give me fault functionality…. Like I said, developers should be embarrassed.

Our YMCA used the YMCA On the Go app in the past which was decent/tolerable and then, for some reason, decided to go backwards to the dark ages by switching to this neanderthal creature masquerading as an app in the year 2024. Please, someone - anyone - put this app out of its misery. I’d rather watch a slug cross a street than utilize this thing.

This app is very slow on my iPhone 13. It also locks up and has to be restarted.

Update 1.35 still no qr code on Apple Watch/ wallet

My app had been working beautifully! It allowed me to check in, sign up for classes at my YMCA and view online classes. It stopped working and I get a message saying it cannot connect to its servers. I uninstalled and reinstalled without success. I called my YMCA and was advised my app should work. I’m frustrated because Iam not getting anywhere or any assistance

Let’s start with the member ID number. At my Y, they require about 10 zeros before the actual member number (another 5 digits) to be used in the app for login. Does the Y really expect over a billion people to use their membership?? This is either a very lazy programmer or someone who doesn’t know how to truncate numbers. Writing to dev support is also a joke so it’s up to the front desk of the Y facilities to defend the poorly written app. Will someone actually address these issues??
