What’s the point of having an app if it never works when you going into the store especially Penrith plaza store and points aren’t loaded when you have a receipt and do it manually.

The app is clearly broken. It won’t send confirmation emails until 2 days later which is too late to confirm an account - which renders the app and the point collection useless.

Why no sign up coupon? Even yogurberry gives you 5$ when you sign up. U don’t respect your customers???? 1 star for this useless app

I honestly am obsessed with this app- genius idea for those who love a last minute yo-chi run 🥰🥰 Yo-Chi have done it again, always thinking about their customers and giving them good deals 🤩. I go to yo-chi Malvern all the time and now that i have my Co-Chi bowl (sooo cute and a discount every time!! ) and this app i feel like i am saving money left, right and centre 💰💰 Honestly, very impressed 🥰

I have always loved coming to yo-chi and I never thought it could get any better until this app launched! It was so fun and exciting to read all about yo-chi and it was so easy to navigate! I could easily see how many points I had and even realised I had enough points for a free yo-chi! Having this app also made it so much easier to use my points as I am always forgetting my card but now it’s right there on my phone! It was so easy and helpful! This app is an absolute must have for any yo-chi customer and is now honestly one of my favourite apps! I can’t wait to see how many more points I get next time I go! 😁😁😁

As someone who always forgets their loyalty card this app is a lifesaver ❣️❤️ if you’re here often (like me lol) it’s rly good bc you can collect points and get free stuff 🌹 and you get a free 241 voucher for registering atm!! Amazing hehe love it
