Yofresh優鮮於2017年成立。主理人之一家族四代為香港本地漁民世家,具有豐富海鮮知識。科技日新月異，選購新鮮海鮮同世界各地高質食材不再是從前那樣子，需要親身到街市同人迫住選購。新世代只需要手機在手，一個APP就能讓你輕鬆選購到世界各地優質海鮮食材，選購確認後，為客人指定日期送到府上及指定目的地。本店是一間設有食物製造廠牌照的網上海鮮食材商店，成立的宗旨是希望為各食客做到既方便之餘，又可以合理價錢在家品嚐到最新鮮的環球海鮮食材。海鮮食材每日由團隊到香港仔批發漁市場取貨，將最新鮮的海鮮帶比食客。本店主力打做一條龍服務，提供多款不同類型套餐選購（有火鍋、蒸鍋、BBQ、熟食到會、雞煲等）讓客人安在家中都可品嚐多款不同海鮮美食。本店更設有代客劏洗海鮮、蒸煮海鮮服務，令客人更方便暢快地享用到美味海鮮。各客人收貨後可按照本店建議的蒸煮時間烹調，只需數十分鐘，一頓豐富又鮮味的海鮮大餐就呈現在大家眼前，餘下落黎，當然是享受美食的時間啦。
