Alarm stopped working
I used this for about a month every morning and loved it but it stopped working. I reset it and still the alarm does not go off although the app says it did. Total waste of money.

I chronically have a very hard time getting out of bed, starting my day miserably and rushing to work. I used this app, and oh my gosh what a joyful way to wake up!!! The voices are so calm and soothing. I am stretching and easing my way out of bed. I highly recommend this app, and thank you to the developers!
I received a free trial as part of my FabFitFun box with the Accupillow. I loved it so much that I am now a lifelong member! I don’t hit snooze anymore, I wake up earlier and wake up more refreshed. The wakeups help me ease into the day and actually enjoy waking up!
I really, really like this app when it works, but it also frequently doesn’t. About once a week I’ll wake up to my backup alarm and a message like “file error”, or a failure message reminding me to keep the app open, which I always do. About 85% of the time it does work, but it’s frustrating that it isn’t consistent.
Update: I did not renew my subscription after several attempts with customer service to fix the alarm not going off. I love love love waking up to Samora’s “Motivational Morning” but the app is unreliable as an alarm. So disappointing and frustrating. When it works there is no better way to start my day. When it doesn’t, by the time I wake up enough to realize the alarm didn’t go off, calculate whether I have enough time to do the practice and if so, start it myself, the moment is ruined.
I loved this app for several years. Then various updates made it glitchy. Finally it stopped working for me altogether. Anytime I try to set and alarm I wake up to error message saying that it was canceled because another alarm was set. This happens when I have no other alarms on any other apps set. I reached out via email and chat for support and received no response. If it worked still I would be using it every day and give it 5 stars but an alarm app that doesn’t sound is worthless even if the content of the alarms is great.
I started using this app to wake up and now I use it for movement and meditation breaks throughout my work day. I was having back issues from sitting at my computer so much and I’ve now incorporated short 5-15 min sessions in my calendar. It’s great to break up my day with movement. I love how I can choose more energizing sessions or more calming sessions based on what I’m feeling (or wearing). Or I choose short guided meditations when my brain is feeling overloaded. Beyond my body, the sessions help me stay focused and I look forward to the little breaks. I appreciate the selection of the instructors and enjoy having music with the sessions, feels like tiny retreats.
I do love this app— it has so much content, you can find anything you are looking for by category and there’s something for every body, level, time of day and mood. I also love the alarm feature to start your day off intentionally and not put off your practice. Thanks L&J!
Yoga Wake Up has it all: morning meditations, breathwork, yoga for sleep, bedtime meditations, acupressure…you name it, it’s on here! 100% worth the affordable subscription price for a healthier mindset and better day!
This last year I have been in chronic pain after a horrific accident. Yoga wake up has me starting my day with gentle stretches and easy flow. I think my favorite part is that I'm still laying in bed in pjs yet feeling like I'm accomplishing healthy healing habits. There are a few instructors that have the most soothing voices and their meditations turn me into a trance. I love this app. I think it works great for my needs.
