Yoga with Kassandra

My husband and I discovered Kassandra on YouTube, but it’s so much easier to sort through her classes on the app. I’ve tried various online yoga teachers over the years and Kassandra is by far my favorite. She explains things so clearly that I rarely even need to look at the screen. I use the app 5-6 days a week and love the wide selection of options. There are some “guest” teachers on her app as well so you can mix up your practice. Big fan!

Note: I already had my 200hr certification before finding Kasandra’s marvelous practices. Purchased this app for 30 days of practice in my birthday month, after sampling Kassandra’s free YouTube sessions for a while. After a full year I’ve completed 167 practices and 63 hours of yoga with her. The most important point is that her practice designs are wonderful: accurate alignment, well designed flows, technique is flawless. Her guidance style is easy humble and very accessible. The bonus is the great app search capabilities, monthly plans and tracking as well as amazing variety of practices and practice lengths. Well done.

I have been following Kassandra for 3 years now on YouTube (yogawithkassandra). I was just starting out, and came across her free 30-day challenge & fell in love. Her words of encouragement, grace, and inclusivity made it easy to follow and her back on track. I recently got her app & it’s like finding her for the first time all over again. -The app will send you notes of encouragement when you complete a session - there is a calendar you can choose to follow or create there are weekly/monthly classes to follow along with -you can search for pretty much anything you’re looking for (slow-flow, entry-level, back pain, pms, etc) I highly recommend her abundance class. I took it once over a year ago & I have been using the tools since then. You can revisit/work through the program as many times as you like. I tried many apps/yoga teachers and found that Kassandra is my favorite. I love her style, cues and flows. The monthly calendar is great as otherwise I would use a few flows I originally found and liked. With the calendar I challenge myself to try at least one new flow each week. Highly recommended!

For someone who knows nothing about yoga it’s to fast and doesn’t give enough beginner poses. I wouldn’t recommend for beginners.

Kassandra is an amazing yoga teacher; I do her videos on YouTube almost every day. Thought I’d try the app but it won’t let me use it without signing up for an account. I thought it was supposed to be free?

I love her yoga videos- they are great! However favorites disappear after saving. And recently played ones as well. The minute I leave the app and then open again the only customization that is still there are classes I scheduled. Come on - great yoga vids deserve a better platform.

I for the life of me cannot find a solution to cancel subscription. Please cancel

This is perfect for all levels of yoga. You can enjoy yoga if you’re a beginner or an advanced yogi. I love all of the choices of yoga on this app. There are various levels, flows, times, etc. There are yoga monthly challenges, you can save your favorites, and create a schedule. I implement yoga almost daily because of the convenience of this app. I recommend this app to all yogis out there! Yoga with Kassandra deserves 5 stars!
