Sehr vielfältig
Ich benutze die App jetzt schon zwei Jahre. Die Vielfalt der Videos ist unglaublich,auch ich,Seniorin,64, gehandicapt und übergewichtig,finde passende Videos, allerdings zu wenige. Mich demotiviert,dass fast immer junge,schlanke überbewegliche Frauen gezeigt werden und die meisten Videos gleich eine Stunde dauern. Ich fände es gut, wenn es mehr kurze Videos geben würde,und auch mehr für Senioren und ungeübte. Die Stuhlyogavideos habe ich alle gemacht und sie haben mir sehr geholfen,mehr Abwechslung wäre auf diesem Gebiet hilfreich. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Technisch habe ich im übrigen keine Probleme und kann mir die Videos gut auf dem großen Fernseher über Apple TV ansehen.
Ich liebe diese Yoga App!
Ich praktiziere Yoga damit jetzt seit fast drei Jahren. Die Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten ist riesig. Die App ist zu meinem täglichen Begleiter geworden und ich möchte sie nicht mehr missen.
App schließt sofort wieder
Die App lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen, obwohl ich sie lange reibungslos genutzt habe.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Für eine 5 Sterne-Bewertung fehlt mir persönlich eine Möglichkeit im Sinne eines Wochenplaners für die Videos. So könnte man morgens direkt in die vorgeplante Yogapraxis starten. Eine zusätzliche Filtermöglichkeit, um englischsprachige Videos ausschließen zu können, wäre auch wunderbar.
Morgenyoga::Zentriert in den Tag starten
Timo Wahl hat für mich eine wundervolle Stimme, es lässt mich zur Ruhe kommen, in mich zu hören und bewusst die Asanas üben. Vielen lieben Dank, dass ich mit ihm üben kann 🙏
Abwechslungsreich und anregend
Durch die Vielfalt der Optionen (Lehrer:in; Stil, Anstrengung) nie langweilig, immer kann ich nach meinem Bedarf wählen- Beweglichkeit, Anstrengung,Balance-selbst bei Verletzungen gibt es Ankeitungen, um dennoch zu üben und die Heilung zu unterstützen-großartig und DANKE
