helps me getting on my mat
especially on lazy mornings it helps me to remind me of the goodness of yoga to start my day. The live classes are great And diverse which gives me also inspiration for home practice. The recorded classes are also perfect for me, I can choose time And level so Nice flexible to fit my needs.
