Same here since last phone update not pairing
Keeps saying no device bound. Was working fine then one day went to charge it then try to find on my phone NOTHING, WONT FIND IT, NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
I have had the watch for about a month. I was very happy with it but now the time is wrong and it won’t show the other functions when I tap on it although they show up on the app on my phone! I don’t know how to fix it. Very disappointing!
I don’t really know how this works cause I keep it on charge and then I take it off from charge it shuts down please help me yoha sports how do use this watch
The sleep tracking works well, then doesn’t work at all, then it works but says I’m asleep even though I wasn’t in bed. Then it works well again. Right now, it’s not working again!!! Every update brings an adventure and a watch is only as good as the app. Please fix it! For good!!! The sleep broke again!
Apart from occasional issues syncing, a good app. However, not everyone has a smart phone. It claims to be compatible with iPod touch, so why not iPad??? Please?
I got the watch and it was working great at first but now i’m having so many problems with it. it won’t let me change my screen to be vertical, it won’t show me ANY notifications and most importantly ITS NOT COUNTING MY STEPS! I’ve barely had this watch for weeks and it’s not working now. The app is great because it shows you everything you need and is in an easy to read layout but i’m disappointed that my watch isn’t working.
Watch not pairing since the update. Nothing going to app at all. Hopeless
Doesn’t have help option or frequently asked questions so that we can find out our answers...... Cannot connect my watch ...... it’s worst.....,,
