Pls I like to know why my yoho sport band isn’t vibrating anymore and how to fix it back to the vibrating mode
My wrist band has refused to connect with my phone for some days now, don’t know what could be wrong. I’ve updated the app to its latest version but it’s still the same thing 😡
I can't connect my watch with the new update and it doesn't show the device in the app.
I loved the simplicity of the watch, but after i updated it to the latest firmware the watch face has been blank ever since but anytime i plug it in to charge the screen lights up and it indicates that it is charging. When i check it through the app it is also still bound.
Why can I connect to my phone it’s annoying

Bluetooth connection with my phone comes off and on intermittently. Even when device is close to the band. Please have this fixed. Thanks.
The sleep monitor stops at a certain time and does not register any hours past that time.
