The device is always disconnected from the app. I need to open the app again and again to bind the band. The feature is a bit lacking too. I wish they would update the app and display all messages and social medias notification such as youtube, telegram, webtoon and etc. If it does this app will be the best among the best! Please update!! And allow all App notification 🙏🏻

When i try to edit my profile it shows a white blank screen. Can’t do any changes
Your app is really not user friendly. You have the Profile for users to change but then when clicked on, there are no options available to make the changes required. It just shows a blank white box. Apart from that, there’s no back button option to go back to home and it is troublesome having to close the app and re-open the app. If you haven’t completed the app properly, why have the app out for download but then it cannot be used thoroughly??? Please fix your entire app!!!
It only sync step to my iPhone, not distant & sleep data. Why? Already do all the setting correctly. Very disappointed
The alarm setting is empty . FIX IT
