Registration process:
YONO is supported on iOS 11 and above.
Ø Install/Update new version of App from App Store and open.
Ø Allow all required permission (location).
Ø Select SIM of CBS Registered Mobile Number (RMN) and submit NEXT.
Ø An encrypted SMS with a unique code will be sent from the device to a pre-defined Number 7718965316 to verify the customer. Kindly note that for sending the SMS standard SMS charges are applicable as per your telecom plan. The SIM should have active outgoing SMS facility.
Ø If there are multiple CIFs attached with same mobile number, system will prompt for the account number and DOB for finding out a unique customer by the mobile number.
Ø If the customer is already having online banking facility of SBI, App will automatically prompt to proceed to Register on YONO with existing user credentials (Online Banking User ID and Password). After entering User ID and Password, customer will receive an OTP on Registered Mobile Number. User has to enter the OTP in the app to complete registration with an optional setting of MPIN.
Ø If the existing SBI customer is not having Online banking credentials, App will prompt to proceed to create INB credential using “Account Details” and “ATM Card” based registration process.
Ø If Non RMN SIM is selected, User will land on account opening screen. If customer claims that selected SIM is already registered with bank, user needs to visit nearest branch with KYC for updating/validating the mobile number in bank account.

Technical issue for NRI registration is an issue for over a year

Update 10 Nov - is anyone able to even register in this app? It definitely doesnt work for NRIs. This is pathetic app apparently developed for some joke by some super jokers? Dumb! It is a shame that SBI even has a team it calls app developers. The team has been unable to resolve NRI account registration issue via sms (non-India sim card) for over a year that too after knowing that it was not an issue prior to what they call 'APP UPDATE'. What epic nonsense it has been.

How to log in?

I already registered my Yono. I downloaded in my IOS, now it’s asking me to register again. No Log In option available. How do I log in?

Not enough knowledge

Completely very bad experience. The app is too much complicated and it’s not users friendly app. Current situation the developers look out other developed countries banking apps eg: SIN - DBS BANK . Always server error, open this app. And we have to click retry button. This is best example your app development. First fail is very worst scenario. Look out side the world 🌎 and develop your self.

Back and logout tab not working for Iphone 14 pro

Hi team, For iphone users not able to click the back and logout tab on upper side of display screen.

Worst interface after the latest app update

App is causing the top side menu and logout buttons to go out of the phone screen and I cannot press these button post login now. This issue happened after the latest update.

The upper navigations are not clickable

After latest update the upper navigation buttons like back, logout are not clickable at all as they are going behind iPhone’s status bar. Not sure how this build got passed QA :). Please fix it as back button and logout button are most crucial buttons on an application.

Unable to go back

Unable to go back due to navigation bar issue. Do the sanitary test before release the app.
