Yotta: Play and Win.

This app is horrible if you ever want to see money return to you. I’m in the service and was looking for something fun because we’re limited to what we can do. I was enjoying the app at the start, and thought it was a great way to earn some cash as well as entertainment. Time comes to show, I lost a little then won some. I won maybe $200, and when I went to cash it out; they made me verify my account 5 times just to Lock me out of it and say that it’s for my own protection? I emailed them to ask how to unlock my account, and they replied saying “ After completing a review of your account, your account is locked and will be closed. We will not be able to offer you an account or services.” It is absolutely ridiculous that the app wants you to spend and win then seize your account after you do so. It is an absolute scam!

Yotta has beenSince May 2024, withdrawals have been blocked due to issues with their third-party intermediary, Synapse, yet Yotta has failed to provide a real solution. On May 30, 2024, they canceled all pending withdrawals, claiming it would help resolve the issue, but many customers, including myself, still cannot access our money. A fintech that cannot guarantee access to deposits is unacceptable. Avoid Yotta at all costs.
