This app puts me in a really uncomfortable situation. There’s no Apple Pay on this app and my payments are really high for some simple 1 bedroom/1 bath. Then, there’s a fee for every payment without Apple Pay. Where does my money go every month? The landlord is taking my money and wasting it and never fixing the roads for my car. This app does not keep me information secure and never encrypts my card information when I make a payment. Someone is going to steal my card information and start fraud on my card.

needs MAJOR updating and fixing. The app won’t let you see what your typing or see the options your pressing for maintenance requests… I have to blindly press options until I finally get it right. Super frustrating to do absolutely anything on this app, I just try to pay my rent (WHICH ONLY ALLOWS YOU TO PAY WITH 1 BANK) and get out as soon as possible. Literally moving out of this current apartment partly so I don’t have to deal with this stupid app anymore.

This app is in dire of maintenance and updating, there hasn’t been a update since beginning of the Global Pandemic. The functionality doesn’t correspond well with IOS updates, work order option is completely blank and the billing screen doesn’t permit additional payment options.

Bad app. Never let’s me submit service requests and you can’t see any of the options available.

Tjos app is very helpful to raise service requests and pay rent only if it works all the time. Currently it gives 401 bad request error and not allowing to perform any operations.

Hi guys I think this application is great. But it would work better if you actually make improvements based on the review. I’ve read some good reviews here. As for me the problem is, I cannot add different payment method. The payment account HAS TO BE under my name, which is very useless in my case. I normally used my husband account. If you read this please make the account name editable instead of making it fixed like that. Thank you.

When I put in a work order all theOptions are blank. I have to click on one to see what it is. If it’s not my problem I have to do it again. Put the reasons back on there. Same with the account payment.

It keeps saying locked out temporarily and I can’t pay my rent on time. It always happens when is rent time.

I never have a problem paying rent or submitting requests. Works just fine for me.

Lots of errors: I often have trouble logging in, I cannot submit maintenance requests from the app (get an error message), pages fail to load.
