卡全被鎖，客服消失

卡全被鎖，不確定原因客服還沒回覆狀況是一張扣款費用580的扣款失敗一張扣款費用5的扣款失敗，該怎麼處理才能在使用？

ubike 1.0 升級到 2.0

請問若直接下載2.0 是否原綁定的卡號都得重新再設定一次？每次要用ubike 都很麻煩的要從1.0進入2.0

早上上班發現app打不開

畫面全白等好久都沒畫面

垃圾app

完全不人性化指示模糊不清按鍵、導引爛！

要更新才能借車，但更新後在上架app的地方卡住了呀

如標題，完全不能更新使用，其他app更新沒問題，只有YouBike完全卡住不動，最後無法借車，只能走路回家……

下載時間過長

下載app 超過10分鐘，等到火都熄了

綁定的信用卡如果失效還借車就會有欠費問題要新增卡片來繳款也不行，要先刪前一張卡前一張卡要刪也不行，先把欠費繳了邏輯死亡大法十塊錢的欠費要嘛跑一趟服務中心繳要嘛轉帳等七天核可當初註冊都沒那麼麻煩這超級值得一星以下的評價，邏輯死亡的錯誤該得的分數不到一星

強制險不給綁定打電話給客服又一直沒人接真討厭
