Great app, I heard about issues previously so was hesitant to download but it seems they have fixed as I have had no issues! an added bonus is they called me to notify that it would take longer than usual to get a ride. Was able to know exactly when my ride would be coming as well! A new exp for me from an app hailing ride. Fix minor location bugs and its a winner!
This app is terrible. It is not user friendly and difficult to navigate. Ordered a cab and getting one was quick but my trip started without me, with the driver nowhere near my pick up location. There seems to be no way contact driver or cancel. I had to call the number to ask them what was going on. In the end they cancelled but still charged me. I emailed and requested a refund but still haven’t heard anything 2 days later.
