Hello. A payment of 13490 tenge(30$) was charged from my card today without my permission. I don’t remember that I clicked on agree, or at least attached a card. Secondly, the premium subscription does not meet my expectations. What was in the regular version is also there. Also, what you promised in advertising does not work there. I do not need it. I'm not going to use the premium subscription. I demand a refund of the amount of 13490 tenge to my card. Since I contacted you immediately after the withdrawal.
