You.com – 20+ AI models in one

Pressing the button does nothing.

It claims it can access to all the AI models out there but it can’t. It can’t even perform simple chats. What a waste of money.

I can appreciate that the company is focusing on its cashflow. But every time I click on something in the main screen, I get diverted to you.com pro. That’s just too much advertising being pushed in my face as a user. You went from something that was actually usable to another cheesy “pay for me” app. I feel like your app bullies too much to pay for the pro plan. Really liked it too and hopefully I can change this review someday.

One of the best features of you.com, the custom agents, is completely absent from the iOS app. Please allow us to create custom agents as in the browser version, or at the very least give us access to our already created agents. Also, please add a widget. With these features the app would be 5 stars. Without these features it is a gimped port of the browser version and not even worth downloading. Until these features are implemented I will just use this through a mobile browser. Skip this app for now.

Despite their claims, their API intermediary has frequent rate limits. When hit, users get no warning, a message about unusual activity, and are switched to the “Smart Agent”. Details on the issue or a reset time are not provided - just a code users have to copy and paste and send to support. Once switched, users can’t switch back to the original agent in app, leading to more wasted time and queries trying to recreate lost context. The “Smart Agent” is technically unlimited, but this isn’t what paying customers want. They should add a higher-limit tier with clear limits and a warning before switching users to the “Smart Agent”. You.com doesn’t deserve all the blame, but the LLM industry needs better pricing balance and less of the “unlimited gym membership” model.

I’ve been using You.com for over 2 months and just dont think that it has the same access to chat GPT as it says it does. The software is always saying that there is an issue and that it can’t perform it’s task. The amount of times I leave You.com To run over to Chat GPT and check to see if the accuracy, speed, and quality response is better is ridiculous. I dont think you should use this platform as of yet.

I paid and renewed my pro plus subscription and still haven't gotten it yet please fix this problem
