I realized while making payment that they have made “saving the credit card” as their default option and it got saved with this application which I did not want to. Now I’m trying to look how to remove my card but I’m not getting to see any way to do it. When that happens I start having a bad feeling about the application who does it.

I had a gift card expire and tried to contact customer support on multiple occasions to resolve the issue but no one picks up, and no one responds to the chat either.

This app used to be great. Now I can never open it. It’s slow and never loads. It happened I wanted to pay with the voucher in a salon and the app just never loaded hence I had to pay with my card instead of using the voucher. Quite disappointed. Hope it will get fixed soon.

The app is very misleading. Waste of time without clear clarifications. Zero professionally in customer service. Never recommending this, first and last experience.

When i bought the gift to a friend it was hard because it didnt reach easily and to use this card you need to open the app again (not like a normal wallet card as the app helper said) we need to enter the app itself and press spend this card and put the number. I dont recommend this app. The call service is the worse because you cant hear them and it keeps lacking with unprofessional way of talking to clients.

Takes more than 40 mins to download! Once downloaded no useful information! Just waste of time and specially programmed not use the gift carda but pay extra money at the cashier… Very clever person came up with this app… do not buy gift card before going through this app… or else you will waste your money

Today they released a new update, permanently removing the update from 7.12 (as if it didn’t exist), but nothing has changed. The previously disappeared cards, unfortunately, are still not displayed in the wallet, and they also removed the live support chat

In Dec. 7th they released an update after which all the cards disappeared.
