购买之后使用不了功能

为什么我在app内购买了永久使用却一直显示不了呢？

訂閱問題

我訂閱了免費7天，但帳單一直顯示「處理中」，我無法取消訂閱！！！！

DON’T BUY!

after creating a mind map, it sits for a few minutes in the “recents” folder. then it magically disappears. you can’t search for it anymore. it’s not on your phone, not in the cloud, it’s simply gone. and the server linked to app support here in the app store can’t be reached. don’t buy!

内购后居然无法使用！！！

打算新建导图，但！！！要求激活，第一次激活使用7天，不行！！！！没法新建导图，按新建按钮不起作用！！！！！然后再购买，还是不行！！！！依然不能新建！麻烦退钱！！！！！！！

建议!投诉！

建议：希望增加数字🔢、完成度✅等标记！投诉：试用时创建的图被吞了！！

无法保存

为什么不能保存呢？！退出就什么都没了。重新做一份，才想起来保存，也没找到保存的地方，点击右下角还给整没了，瞎折腾半天了……

分享模式单一，好多文件都打不开，期待改善
