used to be decent gas enough features etc. some issues i have run into with my credit card and is very annoying if h can’t use ur phone number. for verification but am currently completely locked out even with correct password and face id i cannnot get in
Often wont open, freezes or non responsive. The circle animation on startup gets stuck and won’t continue to the login screen. Requires you to force quit and restart the app. Sometimes wont work but the online banking on laptop is fine. Frustrating.
Terrible App, constantly logs me out so I have to re-register. Now I can’t access it at all.. worst banking app
So many problems with the app just not letting me in, it freezes and won’t load. I think it needs an update asap!
App will not open. Keeps saying there is an error. All transactions have to be done via the web
This is a terrible app. It seems to not work about as often as it does work. Feature poor and full of terrible design decisions. Just use the website.
App doesn’t work at all. I cannot log in and despite months of back and forth with the bank, it still doesn’t work.

Why does my app keep refusing to open and coming up error? Then I delete it and reinstall it, and it works fine again. It’s getting really annoying.
This app is so clunky it’s like it was developed by a 5 year old. What’s the point of using facial recognition if you still have to put in a PIN? Auto login on opening please, instead of having to press two buttons, face recognition, PIN and then open to an empty screen. This is what apps were like 10 years ago.
