Gotten very expensive as they say themselves their price comparison is with the dealership which is beyond any reasonable sense.

The mechanic that I had should have known that my transmission was under warranty and I shouldn’t have been charged so now I’m out of $169.99 plus $$ for fluid and still a leaky transmission

This is a genius app. Getting your car fixed at your home is top tier ! Whoever thought of this is a genius.

DO NOT USE!! THEIR MECHANICS WON'T SHOW UP AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY IF YOU PREPAY FOR YOUR SERVICE. THEY STOLE OVER $200 FROM ME. WORST BUSINESS EVER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY USELESS.

The quotes are way overpriced and you can get better deals at repair shops. Don’t waste your time with this app.

This place is a monumental joke. I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced and the brakes replaced 3 weeks out. Then two days before the appointment I get a text saying my appointment was cancelled because the mechanic had a personal emergency.. When I called to reschedule they told me that they no longer have mechanics in the area who can service my vehicle. So 1) they lied to me - if this were personal emergency then the mechanic would be back at some point, not just gone. 2) if you can’t provide the service the DON’T OFFER IT. Now I have to get in with a local dealership and that may take up to two months, and I’m already past due on my service because I was waiting for the one I had scheduled. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague. The consistent 1 star rating should say it all. Also notice that they have stopped responding to the reviews. Seems like they know the company is garbage and they are fine with that.

I have made four appointments and been last minute no-showed on three of them. In theory a great concept, but the mechanics just can’t be counted on to show up and you end up wasting your time and dragging out the time needed to fix your car.
