App doesn’t work, customer service can’t tell what is wrong
Cannot log in. Every time I try, it says “too many redirects occur. Customer service don’t understand what is causing the problem.

I can’t even log in. Customer services have been trying to help me but they have no idea why it doesn’t work. Not impressed.

Love my “Yours” I am a subscriber and would recommend it to anyone. Pass to my friend once read, competitions r great. I did win a book. Sent a photo but never saw it published so bit disappointed about that. Gwen Deasey Shoeburyness
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Until I decided to write this review I thought I was unique with this problem but the other reviews exactly the same as mine, once you download your magazines and pay for whatever reason it tells you that you can't open them, it's bad enough if it was a one off or my machine but as it seems to be A common problem I feel like I've had money stolen from me somebody please tell me how I can resolve this issue.
Locked out AGAIN
Good magazine but I have been locked out of my account for the second time and cannot access magazines I have paid for!
