A little slow and resets a lot. Also when resetting password it doesn’t send right away . Takes a while.

Garbage app. Barely connects to the headsets and customer service is the absolute worst. $150 wasted.

I sent an email, which was hard to do because there's no easy way to get in contact with this brand, about troubleshooting their Elf earbuds after the left one stopped working and they haven't sent anything back to help. This app was made way after I bought the earbuds, and it may have helped, but I have no idea without help from a technician or someone.

Recent update and the app isn’t allowing my elf headphones to connect to my phone. Keep getting the internal server error. Can’t report the issue since the app is free and not a purchased item and app support takes me to their site where there is no option to report an issue or contact them. Uninstalling the app and redownloading didn’t help either.

Recent update fixed the issues and the app is fully usable again

I can’t login so now I can’t access the features to the headphones I think the app needs an update it keeps saying internal error.

The only thing I would like to see from these is a little bit more bass but other than that these are amazing

The sound driver will not download and install on my pc which operates on windows 10. The app has broken buttons. You cannot use the Contact us button, the About us button, Help or any Orders button. So basically, no tech support and no sound driver for a better sound quality.

Constantly logs me out. Updating my headset is a hassle because it keeps disconnecting from the app yet my headset never has trouble connecting to other things. Never saves my settings so every time I turn the headset on I have to then LOG IN TO THE APP BECAUSE I GOT LOGGED OUT AGAIN and do my settings. I might sell them.
