When I try to tap in a collection on the homepage appears read warning that says ‘There was an error’ and when I try to see in the collections section nothing appears.

The app works fantastic. First tried to order something through the website and was having issues so I tried the app and no issues anymore. This will be our second pair of shoes through the company our first we’re perfect. Hope these bring the same joy

It auto selected 6 when I tried to put in 10 and customer service was bad all I wanted was to know if they could halp me but they ignored me. And one of my boots has dents. Definitely gonna forget about this brand, cute but i don’t know if im comfortable buying from here again.

Hi I’m a new customer trying to sign in to the app and it keeps crashing. I want to stay updated on my presale purchase. Please update your app and fix it to where it runs properly.

Love Yru was trying to get ready for a pre order, took 20 minutes to make an account cause the app couldn’t find me then it crashed and crashed my whole phone and after that was never able to open the app again even after multiple re downloads

when you try to login to your account the app will close every time. You also can’t look at the sections for shoes.

app literally doesn’t work. i downloaded it and logged in and the app crashes every time i open it. i deleted it and redownloaded to try again and it just continually crashes

Completely unusable app 98% of the time. Don’t bother.

I want to use the app but nothing works, please fix this

I try to look through the different sections for their shoes and none work at all, make the app absolutely pointless, better to just shop on browser.
