Every time my daughter finishes playing a game she is bombarded with advertising trying to get her to inadvertently purchase more games. Not cool!!

Paid for yearly subscription but no access (need help to get access to subscription!)
The app is good. My kids loved to play. We paid for the full year subscription after the free trial. Now our kids are unable to play. The app keeps saying to sign up and pay to play. That is ridiculous. We already paid the subscription. We need to help to get back our refund or fix the problem for us to access the app!!!
